• After the quotation is accepted, we will send candy samples to the customer for a try.
• Assistance with customers to do market research: study about market competitors and competing goods prices; sales channel confirmation; target consumers confirmed; consumer preference analysis.

• After customers receive goods, follow closely each item's sale situation and market feedback. Help customers on future order plans / problem-solve / flavor adjustments.

After-sale service

• Response time: respond to any customer complaint within 1 hour

• Service Time: Monday to Sunday 8:00-18:00

• Complaints dealing time: provide customers with a complaint resolution report within 24 hours. If laboratory testing and analysis is required, it will be provided within 24 hours after the completion of the testing report;

• Lead time: 15-20 days after receiving the confirmed design and deposit;

• Monitor the transfer video throughout the loading process, so that customers can understand the order transfer status anytime.​​
