2. Assistance with customers to do market research: study market competitors and competing goods prices; sales channel confirmation; target consumers confirmed; consumer preference analysis.
3. And finally confirm first order flavor/packaging/quantity. 
4. After customers receive goods, follow closely each item's sale situation and market feedback. Help customers with future order plans / problem-solve / flavor adjustments.
